A Russian oil terminal near Volna was hit late Wednesday. The strike caused a major fire, killing at least two people and injuring several others. Four oil product tanks caught fire. Emergency services extinguished the blaze by Thursday morning. This marks the second consecutive night of attacks on Krasnodar Krai. Ukraine considers Russian energy infrastructure legitimate military targets.
