Developer Wiztown Planners had warned Noida Authority about hazardous conditions at a Sector 150 plot in March 2022, citing flooded basements due to collapsed sewer lines. Despite these warnings and repeated concerns from residents and other departments, no permanent remedial measures were taken, leading to the fatal accident of a software engineer.
