Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal is stepping down as CEO of parent company Eternal on February 1, 2026, to pursue high-risk, experimental ideas outside the public company. Blinkit CEO Albinder Singh Dhindsa will take over as CEO. Goyal will transition to a non-executive Director and Vice Chairman role, pending shareholder approval, to maintain focus on Eternal’s growth while exploring new ventures.
