Shubman Gill wants India’s Test regulars to feature in the Ranji Trophy to ensure red-ball readiness ahead of the Sri Lanka tour, which is scheduled in August later this year. At the same time, the management is firming up 2027 ODI World Cup plans, with a focus on middle-overs penetration and building a fast-bowling core.
