Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has raised Saudization rates to 60 percent for marketing and sales roles in the private sector, effective January 19. Establishments with three or more employees must comply within 90 days. Targeted positions include managers, specialists, and representatives, with a minimum wage of SAR 5,500. Support programs and guidance are provided to ease implementation.
