A US citizen was forcibly removed from his Minnesota home in his underwear by federal immigration agents who allegedly broke down his door without a warrant. The agents detained him at gunpoint, photographed him in frigid weather, and later released him after realizing he was a US citizen with no criminal record. He plans to file a civil rights lawsuit.
