The Delhi High Court will decide today on former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s plea to suspend his sentence in the Unnao custodial death case. Sengar, serving a 10-year term for the father’s death and a life sentence for rape, has argued he’s served nearly nine years.
