A first-year MBBS student at Doon Medical College has alleged that two senior students took him off-campus and beat him with a belt. The student reported the incident, stating he was left “shaken and terrified” and feared retribution. The college principal confirmed an investigation by the anti-ragging committee is underway, with findings expected next week.
