Three individuals have been apprehended in connection with the Rs 15 crore “digital arrest” of an NRI doctor couple in Delhi. The accused, including two who provided bank accounts and one facilitator, are being investigated for links to China- and Cambodia-based scammers. Significant portions of the defrauded money were channeled through various business entities.
