Chinese customs authorities have reportedly banned Nvidia’s high-end H200 artificial intelligence chips. This move escalates the silicon trade war between Washington and Beijing. Domestic tech giants are warned against purchasing these processors. Purchases may be approved under special circumstances like university research. Military use of Nvidia chips is completely banned.
