A high-stakes legal battle between Elon Musk and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman is heading to trial this spring. Musk accuses Altman of fraud over OpenAI’s shift to a for-profit model and partnership with Microsoft, alleging a betrayal of the company’s altruistic founding mission. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers found sufficient evidence for a jury trial, set to begin April 28.
