A crane at an under-construction high-speed rail line in Thailand collapsed onto a passenger train on Wednesday, causing a derailment in Sikhio district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, about 230 km northeast of Bangkok. At least 22 people were killed and more than 30 injured. Rescue operations are ongoing, and authorities are investigating.
