Nvidia has refuted a Reuters report alleging it demanded upfront cash payments for its H200 AI chips from Chinese customers. The company stated it never requires payment for undelivered products. The report claimed stringent terms, including no cancellations or refunds, were imposed on Chinese firms ordering millions of H200 units.
