Rachna Yadav, president of Shalimar Bagh’s RWA, was shot dead in broad daylight. The incident, occurring around 11 am, is believed to be linked to the murder of her husband in Bhalswa village last year. Police are investigating the case as murder, with personal rivalry and old enmity as primary lines of inquiry.
