A speeding luxury car ploughed into a crowd near Kharbas Circle, killing one and injuring at least 15. CCTV footage shows the vehicle losing control and hitting food carts and shacks. Eyewitnesses described chaos as people had little time to react. The car’s occupants were rescued by police from an angry mob.
