Madras HC has prohibited the publication, sale, and circulation of a Tamil book containing derogatory remarks against Justice G R Swaminathan. The court initiated suo motu contempt proceedings against the publisher, Keezhaikaatru Publishers, for content deemed highly abusive and scandalous.
