US Secretary of State Marco Rubio outlined a three-phase plan for Venezuela post-Maduro, asserting that Washington is planning “to execute a deal to take all the oil” that is stuck in the country with proceeds benefiting the Venezuelan people. Rubio also confirmed upcoming meetings with Danish officials regarding the US interest in acquiring Greenland.
