Two individuals were arrested by Irvine Police after a CCTV-captured burglary attempt at a luxury handbag store. The suspects, Richard Bernard Spencer and Marcellus Ronell Shelby, were found with nearly $100,000 worth of stolen goods. They face multiple charges including burglary and grand theft.
