Policy update: Wipro tightens WFO norms; 6-hour office stay mandatory

Wipro has tightened its work-from-office policy, mandating at least six hours in the office for three days a week, effective January 1. This change requires employees to complete their remaining 9.5 daily working hours from home. The company has also reduced the extra remote work facility to 12 days annually.
