Saudi Arabia has introduced new Saudization rules to boost local employment in engineering and procurement jobs. Engineers in private and non-profit sectors will now receive a minimum wage of SAR 8,000, while companies must hire more Saudi nationals across key roles. The measures aim to improve job opportunities, strengthen workforce participation, and raise workplace standards nationwide.
