Bhogapuram Airport, India’s second greenfield airport, achieved a significant milestone with its first commercial validation flight landing on Sunday. With 97% construction complete, the Alluri Sitarama Raju Greenfield International Airport is set to open on June 26, designed to withstand severe cyclonic conditions and handle six million passengers annually in its first phase.
