Tragedy struck Bhagirathpura as 10 residents died from contaminated drinking water, with locals blaming a police outpost toilet built without a proper septic tank. Sewage reportedly seeped into the water pipeline, leading to the fatal contamination. Residents are demanding culpable homicide charges against those responsible for this grave negligence.
