A key People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army battalion commander, Badse Deva alias Sukka, a close associate of Madvi Hidma, surrendered to Telangana police with several others. Deva, who carried significant rewards, was described as a battle-hardened commander linked to major Maoist attacks in central India.
