A 19-year-old student who alleged sexual harassment and ragging died in a Ludhiana hospital. An FIR has been filed against a professor and three female students at Govt College, Dharamshala, for their alleged involvement in the incident. Authorities are investigating the cause of death and verifying all allegations.
