Zomato and Swiggy are increasing incentives for delivery partners on New Year’s Eve. This comes as gig workers plan a nationwide strike on December 31, 2025. Unions are demanding better pay and working conditions. The strike aims to disrupt services during a busy period. Workers seek restoration of old payout structures and removal of 10-minute delivery.
