A passenger bus veered off the road and plunged into a deep gorge near Sailapani in Almora district on Tuesday, killing at least six people and injuring several others. The bus was traveling from Dwarahat to Ramnagar when the accident occurred, prompting a large-scale rescue operation amidst challenging terrain.
