‘Oye Chinese’: Racial taunt triggers fatal stabbing; main accused likely fled to Nepal

A student from Tripura, Anjel Chakma, died after being stabbed in Dehradun following racial slurs and an assault by a group of men. He had reportedly objected to being called “Chinki” and “Chinese.” His younger brother also sustained injuries in the violent confrontation.
