Bengaluru police have mandated that New Year’s Eve celebrations at commercial establishments must conclude by 1 am. Venues are prohibited from exceeding their holding capacity and must close entry once full, with no waiting allowed outside. Offensive songs and slogans are banned, and security measures including screening and fire safety are compulsory.
