Delhi’s Environment Minister announced two permanent Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP-4) restrictions to combat severe air pollution. Vehicles will now require a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) to refuel, and non-BS6 compliant vehicles entering the city will be restricted. These measures aim to mitigate pollution-related hardships for residents.
