Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to an immediate ceasefire, ending weeks of deadly border clashes. The joint statement, effective December 27, 2025, covers all weapon types and targets. This agreement follows intensified violence after a previous ceasefire collapsed, despite earlier US-brokered peace efforts.
