Telegram founder Pavel Durov offered to fund IVF treatments using his donated sperm, promising an equal share of his $17 billion fortune to any children who can prove their DNA connection. Having fathered over 100 children globally, Durov stated his donations aimed to address a worldwide sperm shortage. He plans to open-source his DNA to help his offspring connect.
