Delhi’s Directorate of Education has fixed January 10 as the deadline for private schools to form fee regulation committees for the 2025–26 academic year. Under the new process, schools must place their proposed charges before these committees—where parents and teachers are represented—by January 25. Decisions must follow within 30 days, shifting fee discussions from sudden announcements to a defined, time-bound process that parents can track.
