Himachal Pradesh government has terminated the services of Dr. Raghav Nirula, a senior resident doctor at IGMC Shimla, for assaulting a patient. An inquiry committee found his actions unbecoming of a public servant, leading to his dismissal under the Resident Doctor Policy 2025. The incident involved a scuffle with a patient, and an FIR has been lodged.
