‘Blocked me, so I hit her’: Bengaluru woman says Instagram ‘pal’ turned violent after months of stalking; quit job, changed PG to escape

A 21-year-old woman in Bengaluru was allegedly stalked and assaulted by an Instagram acquaintance. The accused, 29-year-old Naveen Kumar N, reportedly harassed her after she rejected his advances. He intercepted her and her friend, assaulting her. Police arrested Naveen within 24 hours, registering a case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
