The Jammu & Kashmir High Court has issued a notice to the UT administration regarding a Public Interest Litigation concerning Displaced Persons of 1947 from Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir. Filed by the Jammu Kashmir Action Committee, the PIL seeks directions for authorities on related matters. The court has scheduled the next hearing for February 10.
