A Mexican navy aircraft carrying burn patients crashed into Galveston Bay, Texas, killing at least three, including a two-year-old child. Four individuals were rescued alive, with one still unaccounted for. Emergency response teams and federal agencies are involved in the ongoing search and investigation.
