An Indian-origin Singaporean man, Kokulananthan Mohan, faces charges for a false terrorist threat at St Joseph’s Church. He allegedly placed a fabricated device, causing services to be cancelled. Preliminary probes indicate he acted alone, with no terror or religious motive found. Mohan is undergoing psychiatric evaluation.
