Air India Express Captain Virender Sejwal has accused passenger Ankit Dewan of making casteist remarks and issuing threats to his family. The captain’s lawyer stated Dewan initiated the confrontation, leading to a physical altercation where Sejwal was also injured. Both parties reportedly signed a voluntary statement not to pursue legal action.
