Goa Police are initiating the process to issue a Blue Corner Notice against British national Surinder Kumar Khosla, an accused in the December 6 nightclub fire that killed 25. Khosla, believed to be a co-owner of the nightclub, was present in Goa during the incident and reportedly fled to the UK the following day.
