Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA), opening December 25, will initially have higher user development fees than Mumbai airport. Adani Group aims for a unified tariff, making prices comparable soon. NMIA will also help alleviate Mumbai’s severe capacity constraints by shifting some peak-hour flights.
