A Cessna C550 business jet crashed while landing at Statesville Regional Airport in North Carolina on Thursday, resulting in a large fireball at the impact site. First responders were seen at the scene as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) was en route to investigate the incident. The number of people aboard and any injuries or fatalities were not immediately known.
