Fifteen years after a software engineer murdered his wife, dismembered her body, and disposed of the remains, the Uttarakhand High Court has upheld his life imprisonment. The brutal crime, which occurred in October 2010, came to light when the victim’s brother filed a missing complaint, leading to the discovery of body parts and the engineer’s arrest.
