Sydney terror accused Sajid Akram, who failed to secure Australian citizenship, last renewed his Indian passport in 2022. His son Naveed was cleared by ASIO in 2019. Telangana police found their Hyderabad visits were personal, with no extremist links or visits to Pakistan. Sajid moved to Australia in 1998.
