Mumbai Police’s Economic Offences Wing has escalated charges against Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raj Kundra to cheating under Section 420 of the IPC. This follows new evidence in a Rs 60.48 crore loan-cum-investment deal dispute involving their former company, Best Deal TV. The couple had previously challenged the FIR, deeming it a civil matter.
