Goa’s Birch nightclub co-owners, Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, wanted in connection with a fire that killed 25, are being deported from Thailand to India. They fled after the blaze, had their passports suspended, and were detained. Indian agencies are facilitating their return to face charges and questioning.
