Police have released new details and surveillance footage of a person of interest in the Brown University shooting. The suspect, described as 5’8″ with a stocky build, was seen in the area hours before the attack that killed two and injured nine. Authorities confirmed the university was “definitely” targeted, with investigations ongoing into any other potential motives.
