Goa nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra have been detained in Thailand for illegal stay and are being deported to India. The Central Bureau of Investigation is in Phuket to facilitate their return following the devastating fire at their Goa nightclub, which claimed 25 lives due to alleged regulatory lapses and illegal operations.
