An under-construction Hindu temple collapsed in South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province, killing four people, including an Indian-origin executive. The four-storey structure, built without approved plans, was being expanded when it fell. Rescue operations were hampered by weather, and the number of individuals still trapped remains unclear.
