CBI sleuths are in Thailand to deport Birch by Romeo Lane owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, following a fire that killed 25. The brothers fled after the incident and were detained for illegal stay, with their passports impounded. The nightclub operated illegally for 18 months without necessary permissions and an expired license.
