A sole survivor of a Goa club fire, Bhawana Joshi, has alleged grave negligence by the club and authorities. She claims staff prioritized equipment over people, a door was jammed, and the fire brigade was delayed. Joshi also cited past incidents of mistreatment and overcrowding at the venue.
